Accessing the Overview popup

The Overview popup is accessible from the “meatballs” menu that appears in the upper-right corner of a Learning Plan.

Open

The overview displays two or more sections of information:

• One panel of information about the Member Role that owns the Application

• One panel of information about the Application itself (specifically, its Complete Learning Plan Workflow Instance)

• One panel of information for each Activity Instance on the Application

Detail vs Summary

There are two different “views” that can be accessed:

• Detail

• Summary

Typically, the Summary view is configured to display a high level summary of the most important information, and the Detail view is configured to display a comprehensive list of all attributes.

Printer friendly

There is also a print friendly view that displays the data so that it can be printed. The print view automatically expands all of the collapsible regions and formats the table for printing.
