The Workflow Overview Popup provides a summary for a Workflow Instance.

It is similar to the Learning Plan Overview Popup.

Accessing the Overview popup

The Overview popup is accessible from the “meatballs” menu that appears next to a Workflow button.

Once opened, the popup displays a list of data attributes for the Workflow Instance.

There are two different levels of detail available:

  • Detail - shows a comprehensive list of data

  • Summary - shows the most important data only

The specific sets of fields that appear in each view are controlled by Entities and Entity Views
