The Eligibility Queue is functionally identical to the https://heuristicsolutions.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DOCS/pages/2066284632. Both function as work queues for users that need to review and process Applications (Learning Plan Instances), although the exact data that appears in each queue is configurable.

In the default configuration, the Eligibility Queue displays initial Applications and the Audit Queue displays re-certification applications.

Overview

The Eligibility Queue displays a configurable list of Applications (Learning Plan Instances) and allows the user to view them and to work on their Complete Application Workflows.

This page typically serves two purposes:

Work queue: When using the Inbox filter, it displays a list of Applications that are in a state where the current user is responsible for taking the next step. In this case, the page acts as a work queue showing the user the list of items they need to review / process.
Ad-hoc search: When the “Inbox” filter is not applied, the page allows the user to perform an ad-hoc search for Application data. This can potentially display Applications that the user is allowed to see, but not act upon.

Configuration
