Overview

LearningBuilder can perform high-volume verification of Nursing licenses through the Nursys e-Notify system.

Support for more than 50,000 license verifications per day may incur additional fees or require additional technical support.

The Nursys integration requires the collection and storage of Practitioner PII including last 4 of their SSN and their Birth Year.

Collect required information on your application

Nursys verification requires:

Last 4 of SSN
Birth Year
Licensing Jurisdiction
License Number
etc

Credential status is verified nightly

A nightly process identifies all applications with license data and that are in the verification queue (on a specific Workflow Step).

Those licenses are submitted to Nursys and the status is recorded in LearningBuilder.

Invalid or encumbered licenses are flagged / rejected

Applications with invalid or encumbered licenses can be automatically rejected, or the status can be displayed during the application review process for a human reviewer to make the final determination.
