Test Authorization / Eligibility

LearningBuilder notifies the testing vendor that a candidate is eligible to take an exam. This eligibility generally includes the date(s) they can test and the exam for which they are approved to test.

• Eliminates need to manually run reports or provide files to test vendor, or for an admin to log into the test vendor site to enter the authorization data manually, saving time and avoiding data entry errors.

• Enables applicants to schedule immediately after they are approved.

Exam Scheduling / Bookings

Candidates are redirected to the testing vendor’s website to schedule their exam. Typically they are seamlessly logged in and associated with their eligibility record. It is on the testing vendor’s site where the applicant will chose the date, time and location of the exam.

The testing vendor will often report the scheduling information back to LearningBuilder.

• Eliminates need for applicants to log into the test vendors scheduling site

• Potentially avoids duplicate data entry by the applicant

• Allows LearningBuilder to send notifications to remind applicants who have not yet scheduled

• Allows admins to run reports to see who has not scheduled

Exam Scores

When an exam is completed, the testing vendor reports the exam results to LearningBuilder and indicates the date of the exam, the raw and/or scaled scores, and sometimes domain or question level scoring data.

• Allows LearningBuilder to automatically process applications based on the exams results

• Allows LearningBuilder to offer score reports so that applicant know how they did so that can work on domain in which they are weak.

• Eliminates the need for admins to manually upload or enter exam results into LearningBuilder, saving time and avoiding data entry errors.
