Demographic Synchronization via CSV

Implementing requires only three components:

  1. The member management system generates a CSV file on a scheduled basis.

  2. Either:

    1. LearningBuilderâ„¢ to FTP get the file from the member management system, or

    2. the member management system to FTP put the file on the LearningBuilderâ„¢ server.

  3. LearningBuilderâ„¢ to perform its Bulk Profile upload on a scheduled basis.

The member management system must generate a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file containing all the changes to demographics data on a periodic basis.  This can be daily, weekly, or less frequently.  If there is more than one role, each role must be in a different file.
