Summary

This Behavior can change the Completion Status and Current Step of a Workflow Instance.

This was originally added so that Data Import Steps can explicitly set the status of a newly-created Workflow Instance, but without modifying the status of a pre-existing one. (This works in concert with Conditional Behaviors)
