Add Activity Instance to Learning Plan Instance Behavior
This Behavior was introduced in 10.10.0 to support the use case in which completing one Application should give a Practitioner credit towards a different Application.
Summary
This Behavior will add an Activity Instance to a different Learning Plan Instance, belonging to the same owner as the current Learning Plan Instance.
This was created for a scenario in which completing one Application was supposed to grant the Practitioner credit towards a different Application.
