This Behavior copies values from the Learning Plan Instance to the Member Role that owns the Learning Plan Instance, or vice-versa, for a set of attributes defined as a Linked Attribute Group.

Blank values are copied, so if the source attribute is blank and the target has a value, the blank value will be applied to the target.
