Complete Activity Workflow
Summary
Describes the types of Workflows that are used by someone to provide information about something that has been done.
Complete Activity Workflows
A Complete Activity Workflow provides the sequence for collecting data from someone who has done something. Every Activity Type has both a Complete Activity Workflow and a Create Activity Workflow. The Complete Activity Workflow is the one that captures data about how someone completed the necessary task. For example, a person entering information about an academic degree might have an Academic Degree Activity Type. The Complete Activity Workflow would define the sequence in which a person enters details about the degree, such as when it was completed and perhaps to upload a copy of a transcript. The Complete Activity Workflow encompasses all steps of the submission and review process.
To begin a Complete Activity Workflow, a person must possess the role assigned as the Owner on Step 1 of the Workflow Definition. Owner could be "Owner" if the person is completing it for themselves, or a Role they possess.
These Workflows can be started from:
- A Learning Plan
- A Complete Activity Queue
