Anonymous Complaints
Summary
Many licensing programs provide a way for members of the public to file a complaint against a practitioner. These complaints often involve a formal review process to determine if any sanctions should be levied against the practitioner.
LearningBuilder allows non-users (i.e. members of the public) to initiate a complaint, although they are not strictly "anonymous". A LearningBuilder user account must be created in case the review process requires additional information from the complainant, but it is possible for the complainant to use a "disposable" email address from a service such as Gmail for the purposes of the complaint process.
