Resetting Your Password

To reset your password, follow these steps

  1. Go to your LearningBuilder home page.

  2. Locate the Login information block.

     

  3. Click ‘Forgot your password?’. You will see this page:

    Note: Your LearningBuilder site may have a different set of instructions

  4. Enter your Email Address or User ID and click Submit.

    1. If you do not know your email address or user ID, please contact your organization administrator. Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of your LearningBuilder site to locate this contact information.

    2. If you receive the error “We cannot retrieve your password. Please contact Support if you are having trouble logging in.”

      1. You do not have permission to change your password; or

      2. You should not be using the LearningBuilder login page and should be logging in through your organization’s main web site.

    3. If you are an organization administrator, please contact your LearningBuilder representative.

  5. You should see this window:

     

  6. You will receive an email similar to the one below with a confirmation code.

     

  7. If you do not receive this email, check your spam/junk folder.

  8. You can either click the hyperlink from the email, or copy and paste the Confirmation Code into the above window and click the Continue button.

  9. You can now enter your new password.

     

  10. Enter a new password and confirm your new password and click the Save button.

    1. Passwords must be a minimum of six characters, a maximum of 255, and contain at least two of the following:

      1. An upper case letter

      2. A special symbol (*&?$%, etc)

      3. A number

  11. You will then be returned to the Login page where you can log in with your email and new password.
