Overview

The last two modules introduced the high level use cases and concepts for Organizations and Staff accounts. This module gets further into the weeds and technical details surrounding the Provider Admin and Organization Staff Roles.

If you haven’t read the two previous pages yet, do that now:

If you are a Heuristics employee, you should go through training in your local development environment or in a personalized training instance so that you can reset to a known, clean starting point as needed.
