The Pathways page separates them from credential-related Learning Plans to make it easier for users to find the administrative tasks. |

In many cases, Administrative Task Learning Plans do not contain Task Groups and instead rely entirely on the Complete Learning Plan Workflow to manage the process.
The Pathways page contains special handling for those “Workflow-only Learning Plans” that improve the user experience.
