Summary
To prevent or add capability for duplicate activities:
The configuration is no longer done on the task group. The greyed out check box is what is controlling the rule.
The greyed out checked box is looking at the Complete Activity Entity workflow. You must update the "Allow Multiple Instances" to determine if you'd like the activity to have multiple instances or not.
