Introductory Materials

Content	Purpose
"Brief Introduction to LearningBuilder" Presentation	You should start out by watching the "Brief Introduction to LearningBuilder" presentation. It provides an overview of the industry and will guide you through the first few training modules listed below. The additional links in this section can be used as supporting material.
Credentialing Industry	Introduces the credentialing and certification industry concepts most relevant to LearningBuilder.
Conceptual Overview	High-level introduction to the main building blocks in LearningBuilder, from the public docs site.
Glossary of Terms	Introduces some of the industry and implementation jargon used in the product and our internal discussions.

1	Submit an Application	Live a day in Fido's shoes as he submits an application to become a Certified Office Dog. Provides a gentle introduction to the system through the eyes of an end user.
2	Review an Application	Fido has submitted his application; what happens next? See how Arlene Admin and Robby Reviewer play their parts, ultimately approving the application and making Fido's dream come true.
3	Schedule and take an Exam	Fido's application for eligibility has been approved! The next step is to pass a grueling obedience exam...
4	Explore the My Account page	Fido passed his exam! This module contains a brief walk-through of the "My Account" page following the awarding of a Credential.

5	Provider Registration	Configure the ability for a Provider to register in the site. Also use a Workflow Behavior to set up a notification in lieu of an "approval queue".
