10.3 introduced many improvements for Activity Offerings including the ability for Practitioners to search for course sessions, and the ability for Providers to make bulk payments for their participants.

Change in behavior

Empty Assessment sections at the end of an Assessment will be automatically marked as "completed" once the final question is completed.

This is a consequence of a defect fix (LB-1477) and we cannot identify any user stories that justify the use of an empty section at the end. Any need to give feedback can be done via the score report page.
