Major Use Case

Multiple reviewers can work on the same Workflow Step at the same time, each interacting with their own unique set of fields.

The canonical use case is a multi-person Review process where each reviewer fills out one or more fields such as "Reviewer 1 Comments". When properly configured, those users can now simultaneously interact with the Workflow without data locking/contention issues.
