Overview

Member Search refers to instances of Workflow Object Search that search and display Member Role data.

Primary Business Case

Searching for Member and Member Role information. The configuration tools allow the search form and result columns to be customized to different use cases.

Common use cases include:

  • Public credential verification 

  • Admin Member search

Using a CAPTCHA

Member Search can be configured to require a CAPTCHA. This can prevent bots and other automated tools from screen-scraping the public credential verification pages. 

To enable the CAPTCHA:

  1. Go to Sys Admin → App Configuration → Workflow Object Search Config 

  2. Edit the search configuration where you wish to enable the CAPTCHA. (This will typically be a publicly-accessible search instance)

  3. Add useRecaptcha: true to the JSON configuration, as shown below
