Send Exam Eligibility to Pearson VUE Behavior

This is the v1 version of the Pearson Vue integration.

Overview

This Behavior sends eligibility data to Pearson Vue.

There are some notable limitations with this Behavior:

It does not support updating or canceling Eligibility records
It is hardcoded to use MemberId as the Candidate Id and WorkflowInstanceId as the Eligibility Id
The exam score field mappings are established when the eligibility it sent, making them harder to maintain over time.
This only supports Pearson’s file-based exam results system, not their real-time APIs
