Call Pearson VUE APIs Behavior
This Behavior can be used to call Pearson VUE APIs and is part of the v2 version of the Pearson VUE exam integration.
Overview
This Behavior is capable of calling three different Pearson VUE APIs:
CDD API - for creating Candidate records in Pearson’s system
EAD API - for creating or updating Eligibility records in Pearson’s system
CMR API - for calling Pearson’s merge APIs (For future use; merge is mot currently implemented or fully supported)

As of June 2026, the integration supports a limited set of identifiers for Candidate ID and Eligibility ID. Please engage the IS team before finalizing configuration to confirm your desired identifiers are supported.
