This Behavior can set the Cycle and Reporting Dates for a Learning Plan Instance.
It is necessary because those are Intrinsic attributes that cannot be updated via the "Update Workflow Instance Attribute" Behavior.
This Behavior is only available on a Complete Learning Plan Workflow.
