Content | This view provides a list of all Activity Definition information, including description, provider and contact person information, and the status of the activity within its creation or acceptance workflow. An Activity Definition may be a Course Description, a Task Description, a specific Exam (such as the SAT or LSAT), or other task that must be completed by the user. (This is general description of the task tracked by the provider or your organization, not the individual user’s completion of it.) Usage
Suggested uses for this view include:
Tracking the number and status of all activities from a given Provider over time
Creating a Contact Information report to easily find information for the contact person and provider of each activity that is part of your process
Reviewing your accepted and in-review activities for similarities
Grouping and viewing all activities of a given type.

If the contact has more than one Work phone, it chooses one at random. In this view, we are displaying the phone number the activity contact has flagged as IsPrimary. This allows the activity contact to change the contact phone by simply flagging a different number as IsPrimary. It also provides performance benefits over cases where an activity contact may have had multiple business phone numbers. |
