11.0.3 introduced the Send Eligibility to Prolydian Behavior, fixed some lingering issues with various payment gateways, and addressed a bunch of UAT feedback relating to the Reflective Practice Exercise.
11.0.3 (released 4/15/2022)

---|---|---|
New Feature | Added the “Send Exam Eligibility to Prolydian” Integration | |
Minor Enhancement | In the 10.9 release that added new configuration options for Task Group Activity Search, we inadvertently removed the ability for the Reflective Practice Exercise to display /wiki/spaces/DOCS/pages/1550712894 in the search results. The Competency Classification attribute is now selectable in the results and should be auto-added by migration script to all existing Task Groups with an RPE Task in them. The Competency Classification attribute is designed for the expandable details section of the search results. If you have too few columns added to the results list, the system will try to display it as a column instead of forcing it into the expandable section. This should not be an issue if you maintain the legacy configuration for RPE Task Group Search, but be aware of it if you start changing the column configuration using the new features from 10.9 | |
Minor Enhancement | We received feedback that some clients may not want to display detailed email tracking information to end users. The presence of this information on the Communications History page now depends on the following Permissions:
These permissions are granted by default to Roles with the | |
Minor Enhancement | AuthNet ThreeStep transactions are now being logged to If an error occurs while processing a Behavior after performing a successful payment transaction, it is now logged and handled consistently with the other payment gateways | |
Minor Enhancement | The Admin → Credentials → Credential Summary Templates page contains a link to the documentation, making it easier to figure out how to configure the Pathways page | |
Cosmetic | The Add Activity popup was resized to make it easier to choose between a list of Activity Types with descriptions | |
Cosmetic | The layout of the Admin → Activities → Activity Types page was updated so that the most important settings (the Create Activity and Complete Activity Workflows) appear to the left, and the less important settings appear to the right. Additionally, the “-None-” link that was previously used to create a new Workflow was updated to a “Create” link that more clearly identifies its purpose | |
Cosmetic | Increased size of click target in the Member Role Quick Actions menu. Previously, you had to click precisely on the text of the menu item to trigger the link. Now, the entire highlighted area is clickable. | |
Cosmetic | The Audit and Eligibility Queues now use the new “LB10 Experience” styles for Workflow Buttons when in a passive or completed state. Similar changes to other administrative queue pages are coming soon. Note that the successful / unsuccessful statuses are left-aligned and wrap if needed. Passive text statuses do not wrap. Pay attention if you use extra long passive text status values. | |
Cosmetic | We received feedback that the Competency Classification attribute filter on the Task Group Activity Search popup was hard to read, and the heavy visual design on the “View/Change” button was confusing users that thought it was telling them they had to make changes. Design was adjusted to rely less on bold text, and the “view/change” button was turned into an icon to reduce visual prominence | |
Performance Improvement | Improved performance of Izenda 6 reports and report designer by adding cache control headers to static resources This change is related to additional Izenda 6 performance improvements coming soon. It will not fix all of the known performance issues that have been reported, but it may yield some improvement. | |
Defect (Regression) | Learning Plan using the legacy display mode throws exception when rendering a Template in a Task Group column This is a regression that was introduced in 11.0.0 | |
Defect | Closed duplicate payment edge case using separate browser sessions in AuthNet, USAEpay, and Moolah payment gateways | |
Defect | Task Alert indicator does not appear on login when switching between user accounts with and without a task | |
Defect | On the “Record Payment” page, double-clicking the “process payment” button would result in user getting an “empty cart” error condition. This has been fixed by preventing double-clicking on that button | |
Defect (Performance) | The service used to bulk load Attribute data for"Next Generation" Learning Plan and other high-performance scenarios was not including Member Role attributes from Member Roles without a Role Status. This was causing the system to fall back into the “slow lane” to obtain that data. Those attributes are now properly bulk loaded, improving performance in some cases. This issue may have caused a performance regression on Learning Plans with a Reflective Practice Exercise task on 10.9.0 or later. Those Learning Plans should load faster now, assuming they meet all other “fast lane” requirements of the "Next Generation" Learning Plan . | |
Defect (UE) | Errors when searching the Organization Hierarchy as a Staff member (Possibly a regression in 9.10.0) | |
Defect (Cosmetic) | Previously, Learning Plans using the "Next Generation" Learning Plan setting would initially display the Requirements Model area, along with a “…loading…” indicator. The Requirements Model area would disappear if the system determined that no requirements were applicable. This resulted in a negative user experience on Learning Plans that do not use the Requirements Model at all. Now, the Requirements Model area is completely hidden when no Requirements are configured, preventing the section from appearing temporarily. It is still possible that the Requirements are conditionally applicable. In this case, the Requirements Model section will continue to show the “…loading…” indicator until the system determines whether any Requirements apply. The section is only completely omitted in the scenario where no Requirements are defined whatsoever. | |
Defect (Cosmetic) | Duplicate info icons in the Reflective Practice Exercise Supervisor Assessment and RPE Priorities popups | |
Defect (Cosmetic) | The Reflective Practice Exercise supports the ability to compare multiple Task Group Activity Search results. At some point during recent UI improvements, we introduced a cosmetic issue with the “select” button in the column headers. This was resolved by hardcoding those button labels to “Select”. This comparison feature no longer displays the configurable button text as set in the Task Group search config. This decision will be reconsidered during the next UI refresh of the “compare” feature, which is not currently assigned to a release. | |
Defect (Cosmetic) | Removed excessive whitespace and addressed field/label alignment in Record Payment feature | |
Defect (Cosmetic) | Meatball menu alignment issue in Audit/Eligibility Queue | |
Defect (broken link) | When the USAEPay gateway detects a duplicate payment scenario (payment already made in other session), they are shown a page that explains this scenario to them. On this page, the “Go to the Learning Plan” link was not actually hyperlinked to the Learning Plan page, and clicking the link did nothing. | |
Defect (broken link) | Some LearningBuilder pages link out to the FontAwesome “cheatsheet” for listing available icon fonts. The help text for those pages was linking to an old page for FA4 that is no longer available. Those links now point to the Font Awesome Icons page in the documentation. | |
Defect | Visiting a bookmarked Public Search Result page with CAPTCHA enabled causes an exception |
