Multifactor authentication improves security by requiring multiple pieces of identifying information, rather than a single password.

LearningBuilder supports MFA / 2FA via:

• Emailed security codes, implemented within LearningBuilder itself

• MFA provided by a 3rd party identity provider with Single Sign-On

LearningBuilder supports many types of SSO integrations and can use standard security protocols such as SAML and OpenID Connect to integrate with a wide variety of identity providers including Microsoft 365, AWS Cognito, etc.

Many of those identity providers offer robust MFA options, so SSO through one of those providers is a common solution when clients require strong login security.
